1. Shipping

1.1 The estimated shipping time for each order varies per country. Generally, shipping time after order dispatch is 3 to 5 business days. To double check exact approximated shipping time in your country, please email [email protected].

1.2 Items that are out of stock and needs to be pre–ordered normally take 30-45 days or until further notice to be produced and will be shipped afterwards.

• Australian Orders: Flat Rate of $10.00 via Australia Post Parcel Post. Delivery takes approximately 5 – 7 business days. FREE Shipping for orders $150 above.
• International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

2. Refund Policy

We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase to Annie & Lori that’s why we make sure that your orders are carefully checked before dispatching. As we stand with our brand mission of providing quality products, all purchased items from Annie & Lori are non-refundable but we accept returns and exchanges.

3. Returns and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchange them through the following procedures:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.
2. Fill out the necessary information requested within 2 days upon revert of Annie & Lori.
3. You will be notified through email once your return and exchange has been received and processed.

Note:

1. Returns and exchange is only allowed when the ordered item does not fit the customer and had not been used.
2. Exchange to a different style and color is strictly not allowed.
3. Return and re-shipping charges will be shouldered by the customer.
4. Annie & Lori do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
5. Returns received in damaged or worn condition will not be accepted for exchange.
