Delivery cost is dependent on the courier’s rate. Should there be any changes on courier’s rate, delivery cost will be changed accordingly.

Philippines (Manila) – 2 to 3 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase to Annie & Lori that’s why we make sure that your orders are carefully checked before dispatching.As we stand with our brand mission of providing quality products, all purchased items from Annie & Lori are non-refundable but we accept returns and exchange them through the following procedures:

Email [email protected] with your order number within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.

Fill out the necessary information requested within 2 days upon revert of Annie & Lori.

You will be notified through email once your return and exchange has been received and processed.

Note:

Returns and exchange is only allowed when the ordered item does not fit the customer and had not been used.
Exchange to a different style and color is strictly not allowed.
Return shipping cost will shouldered by the customer.
Annie & Lori do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Returns received in damaged or worn condition will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchange at the branch is subject to approval and availability
